Terms of purchase

One-time purchase of one PDF guide in your selected language, with no subscription. The PDF is attached to an email after payment is confirmed. A PDF-compatible program or browser is required.

The total price in euros is shown before payment. There is no separate PDF delivery charge. Payment is handled by Stripe; confirmation of the order and consent accompanies the file. Check your selected language and email before paying.

The guide is for personal use. Distribution, republication and resale require the author’s permission. Mattress prices and availability at third-party retailers may change.

Before paying, you separately consent to immediate supply of the PDF and acknowledge loss of the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal when supply begins. This applies subject to the legal conditions, including confirmation of the contract and your consent.

The statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content applies to the guide. If the PDF is missing from the attachments or will not open, email olgadesign.it@gmail.com, quoting your order number.

For failure to supply or lack of conformity, statutory remedies remain available, including bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction or termination where the legal conditions apply. Contact the seller by email for assistance or complaints.

To request a tax invoice, select the checkbox on the product page and complete the details before paying. The seller will issue it separately. The order confirmation and Stripe receipt do not replace a tax invoice.
