From architectural base to furnished layout
The available geometry established the perimeter, openings and relationship with the garden. Circulation, furniture, viewpoints and the connection between the kitchen-living area and terrace were then checked against it.
Decisions made visible before implementation
Selected materials and products are connected to the project views. The coordinated series makes it possible to compare scale, colours, laying direction, light and continuity between interior and garden rather than relying on a generic style image.

Constraints and priorities
Plan, openings, circulation, everyday use and the relationship with the garden define what the design must solve.

Interior and real selections
Layout, furniture, flooring, wall finishes, colours, lighting and visible details are coordinated as one design language.

Visualisation and revisions
Views are checked against geometry and documented selections; revisions address recognisable decisions rather than arbitrary changes of style.

The garden as part of the home
Dining terrace, lawn, paths, sauna, relaxation and planting are organised around the view from the living area and the actual constraints of the slab above the garages.
Roles and technical verification
Olga Design develops the interior design, selections, visualisations and landscape concept while protecting the aesthetic coherence agreed with the client. The appointed architect, geometra, structural engineer and other licensed professionals must verify and take responsibility for filings, structure, loads, waterproofing, drainage, systems, safety and sauna installation.

On the ground floor, the home does not end at the glazing: it continues into the garden.
For a couple in Arco, Olga Design is developing the design of a 75 m² apartment with 225.81 m² of private outdoor space. The generous kitchen and living area is the centre of daily life, while two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom form a calm, functional private zone.
The design language is warm Japandi with wabi-sabi accents: natural oak, greige, sage green, tactile surfaces and soft textiles. Outside, the project continues as a Mediterranean wellness garden with dining beside the kitchen, open lawn, sauna and a relaxation area. Interior and landscape were designed together.
