On the ground floor, the home does not end at the glazing: it continues into the garden.

For a couple in Arco, Olga Design developed the concept for a 75 m² apartment with approximately 240 m² of private outdoor space, transforming an unfinished shell into an intimate contemporary home. The generous open-plan kitchen and living room becomes the centre of everyday life, while two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom form a calm, functional private zone.

The design language is warm Japandi with wabi-sabi accents: natural oak, greige, sage green, tactile surfaces and soft textiles. Outside, the project continues as a Mediterranean Wellness Garden with a dining table beside the kitchen, open lawn, sauna and relaxation area, fig, redcurrants and aromatic planting. Interior and landscape were designed together so the home can be enjoyed throughout the year.
