3D Rendering for Renovation and Interior Design

We turn floor plans, surveys and approved materials into a coherent view of the project. For owners who need to make decisions before construction including from abroad and professionals presenting an interior, exterior or new-build scheme.

What makes a project visualisation useful

01

Geometry at Scale

The model is based on available plans and measurements so openings, circulation, furniture and viewpoints can be checked before rendering.

02

Specified Materials and Products

Agreed tiles, finishes, colours, furniture and lighting are represented with consistent format, tone and proportion.

03

Light and Atmosphere

We study natural and artificial light for the situations relevant to the project without disguising spatial constraints.

04

Options for Decision-Making

Alternatives focus on decisions that are still open — materials, palette, furniture or light — before changes become difficult on site.

05

A Shared Visual Reference

Approved images help the owner, designer and suppliers refer to the same aesthetic result. They do not replace technical documents, inspections or regulated site services.

From plans and materials to a view that can be checked

In the Arco project, rendering was not used as decorative imagery. It coordinated geometry, finishes, light and continuity between the interiors and garden.

01

Checkable scale

Spaces, openings and furniture derive from the project geometry.

02

Traceable selections

The finishes shown correspond to documented product choices.

03

One home

Interiors and exteriors share one palette and visual language.

Transparency: the project is ongoing. These are design visualisations, not photographs of completed work, and they do not replace technical documents.

01

Floor Plan and Objective

We receive the plan, photographs, available measurements and the questions the visualisation needs to resolve.

02

Geometry and Visual Direction

We build the scene, define viewpoints and align the palette, materials, products and required detail.

03

Draft and Review

A draft is shared to check geometry, design choices and agreed corrections before final rendering.

04

Delivery and Formats

Approved views are delivered in the agreed formats for design decisions, presentations, web or print.

A quote based on the actual work

We do not apply one price to projects with different starting points and objectives. After reviewing the material, we define a clear scope including views, revisions, formats and timing.

  • Quality and completeness of available plans, measurements and photographs
  • Whether the 3D model needs to be built or corrected
  • Number of spaces, exteriors, viewpoints and lighting scenarios
  • Required detail and availability of selected materials or products
  • Number of revisions, final resolution and requested schedule

3D rendering for renovation and interior design on Lake Garda

See the project before renovation begins

A photorealistic 3D render helps you assess an interior before building work starts: proportions, furniture layout, the relationship between materials, colours and light. Olga Design creates 3D visualisations for apartments, holiday homes, villas, restaurants and hospitality spaces in Riva del Garda, Arco, around Lake Garda and across Trentino.

The service is designed for owners making concrete project decisions, including international clients who cannot attend every meeting in Italy. The images become a shared visual reference for approving the concept and comparing choices before implementation.

Interior rendering based on plans and specified materials

Visualisation begins with available project information: floor plans, surveys, photographs of the current condition and guidance on materials, products and intended atmosphere. When flooring, wall finishes, sanitaryware, furniture or lighting have already been selected, they are incorporated into the model to represent the project more consistently. We do not treat a generic style image as if it were a measured design.

The real Arco garden apartment project demonstrates this progression from geometry and a documented material board to a coordinated set of interior and exterior views.

Rendering for renovation, new builds and design professionals

For renovation, rendering helps compare alternatives while decisions are still changeable. For a new-build apartment it makes rooms understandable when they exist only on a plan. Architects, interior designers and technical practices can also commission visual production while retaining responsibility for their own design.

A render is a visualisation and aesthetic approval tool. It does not replace construction drawings, site measurements, building permits, systems design or regulated professional services.

Private project rendering and real estate rendering

This page covers accurate visualisation for renovation and interior design. Agencies, developers and property listings have a separate page for real estate rendering and virtual staging, keeping each service focused on a distinct need.

Requesting a quote

For an initial assessment, send the floor plan, photographs, property location, spaces to visualise, available material selections or references and the desired deadline. The quote will state the views, detail, revisions, formats and timing.

Frequently asked questions about renovation rendering

Cost depends on the quality of source information, geometry to be built, number of spaces and views, detail, selected materials, revisions and final formats. After reviewing the floor plan, photographs and references, we prepare a quote with a clear scope and schedule.

At minimum, send a floor plan or dimensioned sketch, photographs of the current condition and a description of the objective. Where available, include surveys, 3D models, specifications, selected materials, products and approved style references.

A project render is built from defined geometry, measurements and selections, so it can be checked and corrected. An AI image can support inspiration but may alter proportions, openings or products and is not, by itself, a reliable basis for approving a renovation.

Yes. The quote states how many review stages are included and when they take place. The draft checks geometry and agreed decisions before final production; substantial design changes are assessed separately.

Yes. Plans, photographs, materials and feedback can be shared online in Italian, English, German or Russian. Rendering helps owners abroad approve aesthetic choices, but it does not replace site surveys or technical inspections when required.
